Data Deletion

If you are a business using ChatFlow

1. In ChatFlow, go to Settings and disconnect your Instagram account or Facebook Page. This revokes our access.
2. To delete everything we hold about your account (automations, conversations, contacts and leads), email chatflow@qchulo.com from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my data”.

If you commented on or messaged a business that uses ChatFlow

1. Email chatflow@qchulo.com with the subject “Delete my data”, the name of the Instagram account or Facebook Page you contacted, and your Instagram username or Facebook name so we can find your records.
2. You can also ask the business directly.

Removing access from Instagram or Facebook

You can remove ChatFlow at any time in your Instagram or Facebook settings, under Apps and websites.

What happens next

We confirm your request within 7 days and delete the data within 30 days, except anything the law requires us to keep. We will tell you when it is done.
